Chris Stock is ready to deliver real solutions for the people of Granville & Wake Counties in Senate District 18.
The son of a small business owner and substitute teacher in Wake Forest, Chris was raised with a set of values that reflect hard work, smart spending, and the impact of a quality education.
Chris has seen firsthand the impact policymakers have on working-class families. He’s worked in the North Carolina General Assembly, as well as for State Senator Brent Jackson, where he learned how to implement meaningful legislation, craft efficient budgets, and place the interests of constituents first.
Chris will use his experience to lower costs for families, seniors, and small businesses while improving the quality of life in this district.

Chris knows rising costs are hurting working families, seniors, and small businesses across District 18. He’ll fight for affordable solutions that bring immediate relief to Wake & Granville Counties. Chris is a strong advocate for legislation that limits property tax increases that are threatening to price neighbors out of their homes. He’ll always support initiatives that leave more money in your pocket.
Chris Stock attended Wake County Public Schools, and he knows how important public education is. He is a strong advocate for increasing teacher pay, keeping politics out of our classrooms, and making sure our schools and teachers have the resources they need to provide better educational opportunities for all.
Chris Stock knows how important farmers and agriculture are for North Carolina. Chris supports legislation that preserves our farmland from development, keeps our food supply out of the hands of foreign adversaries, and cuts red tape for family farms. North Carolina farmers power our state. Chris will always have their back.
Chris Stock is from our district and has experienced firsthand the challenges we face as our area continues to grow. Chris supports more funding for local projects to improve our infrastructure, transportation, water quality, and public utilities to keep our communities safe, healthy, and strong.
The safety of our families is crucial for our community. Chris won’t compromise when it comes to preserving the rule of law and getting emergency services the funding they need. Ending cashless bail will keep violent criminals off our streets, and fully supporting our police will help better protect our most vulnerable areas, including schools and transportation hubs.
